Responsibilities

• Budget updates: forecast cost-to-complete and identify exposures.
• Change order management: track PCOs and report status to Owner.
• Project close-out: implement close-out plan and CCQ process.
• Owner/sub requisition: ensure pay requisitions are approved monthly.
• Cash management: manage project cash flow and schedules.
• Meeting management: run meetings with agendas and time limits.
• Contract logs: maintain logs and review for accuracy.
• Subcontractor relationships: maintain firm but fair relationships.
• Schedule management: track events, impacts, and changes.
• Risk management: complete buy-out, notices, and risk regiment.
• Quality management & team mentoring: lead QA and training.
