Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Executive in Reno, NV to lead large data center projects with budgets over $200 million. The role requires delivering safe, profitable, and timely outcomes while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to execute complex projects.

Ideal candidates will have 20+ years of experience, a four-year construction degree, and strong MS Office skills to support cost, schedule, and quality management across multiple project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large data center projects is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and_contracts for complex builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project management plans (PMP) and schedules.
• Ensure timely billing and cash flow through strong subcontractor management.
• Oversee change orders, cost control, and risk management processes.
