Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead large, complex data center projects in the United States. You will drive execution, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and maintain strong owner relationships.

The role emphasizes preconstruction leadership, contract administration, and risk management. A construction-related degree and 15–20 years of experience are required, with a focus on safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and managing large projects.
• Proficient with contract documents, schedules and budgets.
• Strong leadership and coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Champions transition from estimating to field with project review meetings.
• Oversees safety, schedule, profitability, and quality throughout the project.
• Manages budgeting, payments, and cash flow with subcontractors.
• Develops and maintains CPM schedules and Lean scheduling practices.
• Leads business development activities including client relations and proposals.
• Ensures adherence to contract terms and risk management processes.
