Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is hiring a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead scheduling, cost estimating, change management and reporting across multiple development projects in the North American region. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires strong experience with project controls and P6 scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding general project controls and integration of planning, accounting, analysis and revision processes.
• Experience with P6 software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic support: manage schedule and cost databases and reporting structures.
• Reporting: develop dashboards, month-end forecasting and risk metrics.
• Change management: implement workflows and analyze cost/schedule impacts.
• Development projects: oversee schedule updates and contractor compliance; collaborate with estimating and finance teams.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
