Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Project Controls Cost Specialist, NA to organize data, implement scalable processes, and support budgets and schedules for a data center portfolio. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.

Onsite position in Port Washington, WI. You will develop cost methodologies, convert estimates into budgets, and support forecasting and risk management in a live data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Quantity Surveying or Project Controls Manager certification recommended.
• Experience in project controls and budgeting is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial project forecast and cashflow.
• Manage Change Orders and payment applications.
• Oversee GC/design consultants, schedules, RFIs during construction.
• Monitor project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Attend meetings to support deliverables.
