Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead hyperscale and enterprise data center construction programs across the United States. The role blends remote leadership with field oversight, traveling to project sites and client offices as required.

You will manage multi-site programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive program performance while fostering executive relationships and business growth within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of construction project management or program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical construction, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record managing complex programs across multiple sites simultaneously.
• Exceptional client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience expanding existing construction accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing large project budgets.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center construction programs across various locations throughout the United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, developers, contractors, and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery from planning and preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, design, commissioning, and operational stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional project execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts through outstanding service delivery and strategic partnership development.
• Drive consistency and reporting standards across multiple project locations.
• Travel extensively to project sites, client offices, and key stakeholder meetings as required.
• Support business development efforts through client engagement, market intelligence, and account management activities.
