LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead hyperscale and enterprise data center construction projects across the United States. This client-facing leadership role will manage multiple programs, oversee stakeholder relationships, and drive delivery from inception through completion.

The role blends remote leadership with field travel, requiring up to 75% travel to project sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction program management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data center projects.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budget oversight.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center programs across US locations.
• Act as primary contact for owners, developers, contractors, and executives.
• Oversee delivery from planning to commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, construction, commissioning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for account growth.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations.
