Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Program Construction Manager to oversee nationwide data center construction programs. You will lead multiple active projects, coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in construction/program management, strong client-facing and executive communication skills, and the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, project management, or program management.
• Experience leading large-scale mission-critical, data center, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership across multiple active construction projects.
• Manage and support project-level construction managers and site leadership teams.
• Ensure consistency in project delivery, reporting standards, quality expectations, and operational processes.
• Monitor workforce planning, budget performance, resource allocation, and forecasting across the program.
• Review project metrics and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.
• Act as primary client liaison and deliver executive-level status updates.
