Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced project delivery leader to oversee multiple mission critical data center projects in North America. You will mentor project managers, oversee scheduling, budgeting, client relationships and drive portfolio growth.

The role focuses on delivering high‑profile infrastructure programs for hyperscale and AI environments, with opportunities to influence across a portfolio and advance the delivery organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure or mission critical construction projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Financial acumen including project forecasting, budgeting, and profitability oversight.
• Ability to mentor and develop project professionals.
• Strong understanding of project delivery best practices.
• Experience within data centers, advanced technology, mission critical, industrial, or complex construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution across multiple data center projects concurrently.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability.
• Support resource planning and workforce forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project delivery risks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support operational planning and business growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership across scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic objectives.
