LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Data Center Construction in the United States. The role leads multiple hyperscale and enterprise data center projects, overseeing planning, design, procurement, commissioning, and closeout with a focus on client relationships and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of construction program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical construction, MEP systems, commissioning, and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center construction programs across the United States.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, developers, contractors, and executives.
• Oversee delivery from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across construction, design, commissioning, and operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure project execution excellence.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts via strategic partnerships.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to leadership.
