Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead hyperscale and enterprise data center construction programs across the United States. The role combines remote leadership with field oversight, managing owners, developers, contractors, and executives to ensure successful delivery.

You will drive planning through commissioning, oversee budgets and schedules, and cultivate strong client relationships while pursuing new growth in existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of construction project or program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale data center construction projects with cross-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center construction programs across various locations throughout the United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, developers, contractors, and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery from planning and preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, design, commissioning, and operational stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional project execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts through outstanding service delivery and strategic partnership development.
• Drive consistency and reporting standards across multiple project locations.
• Travel extensively to project sites, client offices, and key stakeholder meetings as required.
• Support business development efforts through client engagement, market intelligence, and account management activities.
• Provide executive-level project reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
