Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Program Construction Manager to oversee large-scale data center programs across the United States. The role leads multiple projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery and optimized budgets.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in construction/project/program management, strong client-facing skills, and experience with mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, project management, or program management.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership across multiple active construction projects.
• Manage project leaders and site leadership teams.
• Ensure consistency in delivery, reporting standards, and quality expectations.
• Monitor budget performance, forecasting, and resource allocation across the program.
• Provide executive updates on project status, risks, budgets, and schedules.
