Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience leading mission-critical projects from site identification through design, construction and closeout.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to advise developers, hyperscale operators, investors and enterprise clients.
• Experience managing complex development programs and navigating project risks.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center projects from site screening and acquisition through readiness for construction.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate development activities including zoning, permitting, and utility coordination.
• Identify opportunities to expand service delivery within client accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance and maintain strong client relationships.
