• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with authorities, developers, utilities, and clients.
• Provide reporting, governance, and executive-level presentations.
• Support business development and expand service delivery.
