Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager - Development to lead front-end data center programs for major clients across North America. You will guide sites from identification to construction readiness, balancing schedule, cost, and quality while serving as a trusted advisor to developers, hyperscale operators, and investors.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, lead governance, and identify value opportunities to grow Turner & Townsend's Data Center practice across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in data center development.
• Experience leading development programs from land acquisition through handover.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center projects from site screening and acquisition through development and readiness for construction.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with authorities, developers, investors, and utilities.
• Drive client relationships and expand services within accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
