Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Development to support a large-scale data center program in North America. The role focuses on representing developer clients through front-end lifecycle from site identification and land acquisition through entitlement, utility coordination and readiness for construction.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of data center delivery experience, strong client-facing and leadership skills, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary

Qualifications

8+ years of project management in data center development.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture or related field.
Experience leading land acquisition through handover to construction.
Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead data center projects from site screening through construction readiness.
Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
Coordinate development activities: site selection, land acquisition, utilities.
Develop baseline schedule and provide progress updates.
Travel up to 25% as required by clients.
