Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Development to lead data center programs from site selection through handover. You will manage development risk, budgets, and schedules while guiding executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical outcomes for hyperscale clients in North America.

• 8+ years’ project management experience with data center development.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Lead data center projects from site screening and acquisition through readiness for construction.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and client stakeholders; report progress to executives.
• Support business development and expand services within client accounts.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and zoning/entitlement processes.
