Job summary

Turner & Townsend in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Development to lead large-scale data center programs from site acquisition through design, entitlement, and construction. You will work directly with developers, hyperscale operators, and investors, guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering value across the lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years of delivery experience, strong client-facing skills, and expertise in cost, risk, and schedule management to drive

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience leading data center development projects.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Project Management, or equivalent.
Experience guiding projects from land acquisition through handover to construction or delivery teams.
Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Lead data center projects from land acquisition through development and readiness for construction.
Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and maintain client relationships.
Support business development and expand service delivery within accounts.
Provide governance and client reporting to senior stakeholders.
