Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Development to drive front-end lifecycle delivery of large-scale data center projects in the United States. You will lead client relationships, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and guide projects from site identification through development, entitlement, utility coordination, and handover to construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with data center development focus.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects from land acquisition through handover to construction or delivery teams.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development programs from site screening to readiness for construction.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with authorities, developers, investors and utility providers.
• Support business development and expand services within client accounts.
