Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager - Development to lead data center programs from site identification through construction and handover. You will represent developers, investors, and hyperscale clients, guiding complex projects with executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 8+ years of delivery experience, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of managing risk, schedule, and budget across large-scale data center deployments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in data center development or similar mission-critical environments.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects from land acquisition through delivery to construction or delivery teams.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient – expert with Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects from site screening and acquisition through development and readiness for construction execution.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks and key milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence activities, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Support business development and growth of Turner & Townsend's Data Center practice in North America.
