Job summary

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to oversee Data Center projects from inception to completion.

The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, identify risks, implement mitigations, and promote safety and quality in all project activities, developing strong teams and a collaborative work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• PMI/PM Certification (PMP) preferred.
• Data Centers experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Project Team with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with baseline schedule and manage change orders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients.
