Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead Data Centers projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, mitigate risks, and promote safety and quality across all project activities. This role emphasizes hands-on scheduling, budget control, and clear communication with TEi executives and stakeholders to deliver excellence and

Qualifications

Degree in engineering preferred (Bachelor's or Master's).
5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.
3+ years building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
Experience with Data Centers and related industrial systems preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide the project team to successful completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Present accurate monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
Ensure adherence to the baseline schedule and project objectives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.
Provide regular progress updates to TEi stakeholders and the client.
Serve as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer.
Oversee change order processes to manage scope and revenue.
