Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead Data Centers projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and promote safety and excellence in project execution. The role emphasizes risk identification, mitigation planning, and building strong teams in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
PMP certification is preferred.
Data Centers experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Word and Excel; knowledge of Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

Leading and guiding the Project Team to achieve successful project completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Compile and present an accurate monthly budget reconciliation to executive management.
Ensure alignment with the baseline schedule.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Deliver regular updates on progress and status to TEi stakeholders and the client.
Act as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer.
Oversee the change order process to verify scope alterations and revenue impact.
