Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, client relationship management, and proactive risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have PM expertise in manufacturing, experience with MS Project or Primavera, and a PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Team to achieve successful completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with the established baseline schedule.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates on progress and status to TEi and client.
• Act as liaison between TEi and customer; manage change orders to protect revenue.
