Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of general power architecture and product types for CPU and high-current ASICs.
• Experience with multiphase voltage regulators (VRs) or other data-center power products.
• Knowledge of magnetics design, passive components, power device driver challenges, and real-world implementation challenges.
• Experience defining power products for data centers or customer applications.
• Experience with embedded SoCs including cross-functional HW/FW/SW collaboration.
• Excellent technical and executive communication skills.
• Experience with high-level modeling tools like SIMPLIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer systems engineers to understand big-scope challenges and value drivers.
• Analyze VR approaches to fit in the big picture from a customer perspective.
• Build collateral to evangelize proposals and support customer engagement.
• Prepare executive summary materials for Sr Leaders and key customers.
• Support top-tier customer engagements to drive proposals to revenue.
• Maintain key customer relationships for early market visibility.
• Collaborate with Renesas functional teams to find the best path to customer delight.
• Support design, FW, and SW teams during execution with clarification or necessary compromise.
