Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a senior leader to drive innovation in power efficiency and density for datacenter products. You will partner with marketing, design, packaging, and applications teams to shape roadmaps tied to platform outcomes and ensure leadership in this space.

You will analyze challenges, build executive-ready materials, and support major customer engagements to convert proposals into revenue while maintaining strong relationships across functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of general power architecture and product types related to CPUs and other high current ASICs.
• Experience with multiphase VRs or other datacenter power products.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer systems engineers to understand challenges and value drivers.
• Analyze VR approaches to fit the big picture from a customer perspective.
• Create collateral to evangelize proposals and support customer engagement.
• Prepare executive summary level material for Sr Leaders and customers.
• Support top-tier customer engagements to drive proposals to revenue.
