Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center-Construction. You will lead fast-track data center projects, oversee delivery, and mentor PM teams, ensuring safe, compliant execution across engagements.

Requires 7+ years in data center PM, strong MEP knowledge, and ability to travel up to 50%. On-site roles in Ashburn, Boston, Denver and Sterling support multi-site deployments with robust client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
• 7+ years of PM experience in data center construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale ($50M+) MEP projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems and commissioning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Oversight: lead projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Development: mentor and coordinate PMs, APMs, and coordinators; potential people management.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: build relationships and align stakeholders across engagements.
• Technical Coordination, Quality & Compliance: enforce safety, quality, and commissioning standards across projects.
