Job summary

JLL is seeking a VP, Project Management for Data Centers to lead complex, fast-track data center projects and drive delivery excellence. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, while guiding project staff and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 10+ years in data center PM, strong MEP knowledge, and hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments. Significant onsite work and travel are expected; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience leading large-scale ($50M+), technically complex projects with demanding schedules.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders within active operational environments.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement activities, and contract execution across complex delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems and commissioning practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work extensively on active construction sites (up to 80%) and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and own successful execution across assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Generate solutions for complex project risks and escalations through effective coordination of resources.
• Lead project planning, procurement coordination, financial oversight, and contract administration.
• Maintain strong execution and leadership across all core Project Manager responsibilities.
• Lead and support project teams to maintain delivery consistency and controls.
• Provide people management including performance management and career development.
• Support team growth through hiring, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and execution standards across projects.
