Cedar Investment Group (CIG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and commercial construction projects at our Lancaster, PA campus. The role emphasizes hands-on construction leadership, vendor coordination, and strict document control to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years in data centers or commercial builds, and proven ability to manage complex scope, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, including 3+ years in commercial construction and/or data center projects.
• Strong document control, change order processes, and construction project management tools.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder builds on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of data center and commercial construction projects, from planning to turnover.
• Vendor & contractor oversight to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.
• Document control, RFIs, submittals, and tracking of changes and approvals.
