Cedar Investment Group (CIG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and commercial construction projects at our Lancaster, PA campus. The role emphasizes hands-on construction leadership, vendor coordination, and strict document control to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years in data centers or commercial builds, and proven ability to manage complex scope, schedule, and budget

Job Description SummaryCedar Investment Group (CIG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong commercial construction and data center expertise to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects. This role requires hands-on leadership in construction execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management, with a particular focus on document control, change management, and large-scale project management.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex builds on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and client standards.This is in person at our Lancaster, PA, campus.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of data center and commercial construction projects, from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and turnover.Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to contract terms.Document Control & Change Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, manage RFIs, submittals, and ensure effective tracking of changes, scope adjustments, and approvals.Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost reports, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with business objectives.Risk Management & Compliance: Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure projects align with company strategy and client needs.Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary point of contact for project status, progress updates, and critical issue resolution.Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards are met and projects are delivered to client and company expectations.Required Experience7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in commercial construction and/or data center projects.Strong expertise in document control systems, change order processes, and construction project management toolsDemonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex builds with multiple stakeholders.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with competing priorities.Willingness to travel to active project sites across the U.S. as needed.EducationBachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management preferred but not required.Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or LEED Accreditation are highly valued.Benefits:401(k) 3% MatchCell phone reimbursementDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programVision insuranceSalary$160,000 - $180,000 + Bonus
