Cedar Investment Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with data center and commercial construction expertise to lead delivery of large-scale projects at our Chester, VA campus. You will provide hands-on leadership across planning, design, execution, and turnover, manage vendors and stakeholders, maintain document control and change management, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget discipline.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PM, 3+ years in data center or commercial construction,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, incl. 3+ years in commercial construction or data centers.
• Strong document control, change management, and PM tool proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to active sites across the U.S.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Project Management: oversee all phases from planning to turnover.
• Vendor & Contractor Oversight: manage relationships with general contractors and vendors.
• Document Control & Change Management: track RFIs, submittals, changes and approvals.
• Budget & Schedule Management: develop and manage budgets and cost reports.
• Risk Management & Compliance: mitigate risks; ensure safety and codes compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with engineering, operations, finance and leadership.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: main point of contact for status and issues.
• Quality Assurance: ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
