Job summary

Cedar is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of complex data center development and construction projects. You will coordinate teams, track schedules and budgets, and help drive projects from development through turnover with senior leadership guidance.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, risk identification, and effective communication across customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience managing development projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Ability to analyze information and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project workstreams from planning to closeout.
• Support schedules, budgets, milestones, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate activities with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, submittals, and documents for coordination gaps.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead or support project meetings and stakeholder communications.
