Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead delivery of hyperscale data center and related facilities. You will own full lifecycle from site development through commissioning, coordinating with project executives, field leadership, and clients.

You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while guiding cross-functional teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Electrical Data Center construction industry or large‑scale industrial facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is encouraged.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification encouraged.
• PM software/tools experience: Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop schedules and budgets to ensure execution and mitigate risks.
• Build and lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; monitor performance and ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate resources, procure materials, and manage vendor relationships for timely delivery.
• Oversee project execution with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and budget; communicate progress to clients and leadership.
• Handle changes and scope adjustments, documenting and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver regular reports to management and clients.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure final deliverables and invoices are completed.
