Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM experience in electrical data center or large-scale industrial facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• NFPA70E or OSHA certification encouraged.
• Experience with PM software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and engineers.
• Build and lead project teams including electricians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Supervise project execution, safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor progress, budget, and timelines; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Handle change management and document changes to all relevant parties.
• Prepare final project reports and invoices.
