Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Sr. Data Center Chief Engineer to lead a 24x7 operating engineers team at a Richardson, TX facility. The role focuses on critical environment management, outage avoidance, and collaboration with IT, security, and facilities teams.

Requires extensive data center experience and supervisory background. You will drive KPI performance, coordinate third-party vendors, and mentor staff while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in critical Data Centers.
• 3+ years in a senior supervisory role within a critical Data Center.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering or mechanical field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7 team of operating engineers.
• Coordinate and approve construction and maintenance work orders.
• Develop and maintain annual PM schedule and adjust for events.
• Support creation of annual OPEX budgets and CAPEX planning.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality of procedures.
