Job summary

Google's infrastructure needs go far beyond server computers. As Google's products and services scale, the Strategic Negotiation team negotiates cost-effective infrastructure solutions and manages vendor relationships across data centers.

As a Land Development and Portfolio Manager, you will own entitlements, secure provider agreements, coordinate off-site infrastructure, and partner with local jurisdictions and utilities to keep sites on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related field.
• 4 years of experience leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Support civil, utility, and building construction programs by ensuring campuses are development ready and aligned with schedules.
• Serve as the lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy.
• Manage all development activities to consistently meet or exceed required infrastructure delivery schedules.
