Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an IT Site Ops Senior Technician for our Santa Clara, CA operations. You will build, oversee, and maintain the infrastructure across offices and labs, partnering with facilities, network, AV, and End User Support on IT aspects of construction projects.

You will ensure minimal downtime, handle daily requests, and lead regional teams during incidents and deployments, including low-voltage deployments and construction walk-throughs.

Qualifications

• Experience building, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure across offices and labs.
• Ability to collaborate with facilities, network, AV, and user support teams.
• Experience with low-voltage deployment and site construction coordination.

Responsibilities
