KALCON is seeking an experienced TFO Field Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) to provide on-site leadership during tenant fit-out of mission-critical data center facilities. This role is heavily field-focused, overseeing construction execution, safety, schedule performance, QA, commissioning, and coordination between base building and tenant work.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in design or construction, with labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facility experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or engineering; applicable trade/superintendent experience.
• 7–10 years in design or construction of labs, data centers or critical facilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management, service providers, workers and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Safety oversight and QA/QC in field.
• Schedule oversight with day-to-day tracking.
• Coordinate base build GC vs. fit-out GC.
• Manage MOPs, submittals, RFIs, and procurement log.
• Oversee commissioning and turnover.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and safety metrics.
• On-site five days a week, 6:30–3:30.
