KALCON is seeking a self-starting Sr. Project Engineer to drive core project coordination on a construction project as an Owner’s Representative.

Responsibilities include submittal/RFI workflow, change orders, design coordination, and commissioning support, with daily site presence and strong coordination with Operations staff. Must have a BS in Construction Management or equivalent, 1–3 years in project engineering, and preferred Data Center and CSA/MEP experience; Procore proficiency is highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years as a Project Engineer on progressively complex construction projects.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate biweekly schedule reviews and site walk-throughs.
• Serve as liaison between procurement and GC for OFCI equipment.
• Maintain client agendas and meeting minutes; track action items.
• Perform safety observations and assist with pay applications and lien waivers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on schedule and procurement; manage document control.
• Lead meetings and document notes; manage Procore directory and document control.
