Job summary

KALCON is hiring a TFO Field Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) to lead tenant fit-out for mission-critical data centers. The role requires hands-on field leadership, coordination of base building and tenant work, and accountability for safety, schedule, and quality across multi-party teams.

Ideal candidates bring data center or critical facility project experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects safely, on time, and within budget while aligning with owner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent trade experience.
• 7–10 years in design or construction of labs, data centers, or critical facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership as Owner’s Representative for tenant fit-out.
• Oversee safety, QA/QC, and schedule performance on field activities.
• Coordinate between base building and tenant improvements and manage subcontractors.
