Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) Project Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative for tenant-specific infrastructure in a new data center. You will oversee fit-out scopes, coordinate with the base build team and contractors, and ensure alignment with design intent, schedule milestones, and operational readiness.

You will monitor performance, manage submittals and field changes, and drive readiness for turnover, testing, and commissioning with a focus on quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tenant fit-out or data center projects as Owner's Representative.
• Strong ability to coordinate across owner, GC, design, and commissioning teams.
• Proven track record in schedule control, risk management, and change coordination.

Responsibilities

• Represent owner interests during execution, commissioning, and turnover of Tenant Fit‑Out.
• Oversee tenant fit‑out activities including power, mechanicals, controls, and support infrastructure.
• Coordinate between owner, GC, base build, tenant teams, designers, and commissioning agents.
