Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) Project Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative on newly constructed data center facilities in Texas. The role focuses on installation, integration, and turnover of tenant-specific infrastructure within a brand-new facility.

You will oversee owner-furnished and tenant-specific scopes, coordinate with the base build team, general contractor, trade partners, and commissioning agents to ensure schedule milestones, quality, safety, and

Qualifications

• Experience as Owner's Representative on data center fit-out projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across trades and teams.
• Track schedule milestones, quality requirements, and safety compliance.
• Support testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent owner/developer interests throughout execution, commissioning, and turnover.
• Oversee tenant fit-out construction activities including power, mechanical distribution, and equipment installation.
• Coordinate between owner, general contractor, base build, tenant teams, designers, and commissioning agents.
• Monitor performance against schedule milestones, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, design clarifications, and field change requests.
• Assist in commissioning readiness and turnover documentation.
