Job summary

KALCON is seeking a TFO Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in York, South Carolina. This individual will manage various scopes during the tenant fit‑out of multiple buildings on campus.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering along with 7-10 years of related experience, particularly in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, or Critical Facility Construction. Proficient use of MS-Office suite and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in design or construction of projects.
• Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, or Critical Facility Construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage various scopes during tenant fit-out of multiple buildings.
• Review construction manager's monthly forecast.
• Hold weekly CPM schedule review meetings.
• Attend detailed planning meetings with CM/subcontractors.
