Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Manage client relationships and meet MSAs with stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of maintenance, work orders, and repairs within the SLA timeframe.
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments; maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
