The role requires supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining documentation, with a focus on uptime and high-availability data center operations.

Qualifications

• Supervises staff, conducts performance evaluations and coaching.
• Manages daily activities, schedules, and deadlines for the team.
• Coordinates with client and stakeholders to meet MSA requirements.
• Ensures preventive maintenance, work orders and repairs meet SLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Manage client relationships and meet all MSA requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure PMs, work orders, and repairs are completed within SLA.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
