Job summary

• Bachelors degree and minimum six years IT operations or support experience.
• Minimum three (3) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
• Experience in data center infrastructure and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Translates business plans into tactical action items and delegates tasks to meet goals.
• Oversees incident escalation and manages service delivery across all support levels.
• Reviews and approves changes to production environments per change control processes.
• Develops and tracks KPIs for performance, availability, and capacity.
