Job summary

The role supports 24x7 operations and oversees electrical, mechanical, controls, fire/life-safety, and building infrastructure systems.

You will guide facilities engineering personnel, support maintenance programs, capacity planning, reliability initiatives, and project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 6 years IT support/operations experience.
• Minimum three years in a leadership role with IT or operations teams.
• Experience with data center facilities and mission-critical infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs service delivery for 1st–3rd level support across products and applications.
• Defines KPIs and oversees incident escalation and problem management.
• Ensures changes to production environment follow change control processes.
• Leads disaster recovery and business continuity planning and exercises.
