Job summary

FNBO in Omaha seeks a Facility Engineer for our data center operations. You will monitor electrical, HVAC, water systems, and UPS/generator equipment, conduct daily condition tours, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep uptime high.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-call. On-site work environment supports collaboration and safety in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience with HVAC, BMCS, electricity, plumbing and mechanical.
• Customer service experience in building and/or property maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Automated Logic BMCS experience beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and on demand repair of building systems, equipment and property maintenance.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer focus for internal and external customers.
• Maintain and develop 'best-in-class' process and procedures supportive of organizational goals.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program.
