Job summary

FNBO's Data Center Facilities Engineer role focuses on maintaining and supporting critical data center systems, including HVAC, electrical Distribution, UPS, generators, and monitoring controls. You will conduct preventive maintenance, respond to abnormal conditions, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in building systems, experience with BMCS/Archibus, and strong problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.

Qualifications

2-3 years of work experience with HVAC, BMCS, electricity, plumbing and mechanical.
Experience in building maintenance and customer service.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical diagrams.
Proficiency with MS Office and data recording tools.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and on-demand repair of building systems and property.
Monitor data center infrastructure including UPS, generators and HVAC controls.
Supervise vendors and contractors; ensure security and compliance.
Maintain documentation, tickets, and SLA adherence for work orders.
Assist with budgeting, asset replacement plans, and inventory management.
Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations; communicate with stakeholders.
