Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Sr. Manager in Atlanta to lead the team responsible for mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and workforce development across facilities.

You will supervise, plan budgets, and coordinate with contractors and tenants to ensure high performance and reliability. This role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, supporting capital and operating budgets while driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Ability to lead through sensitive information and drive operational targets.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and develop staff through coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, create schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Manage operations and maintenance budgets for facilities and portfolios.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and maintain safety manuals.
• Serve as point of contact with contractors, tenants, and technicians.
• Oversee building systems including fire safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.
• Maintain communication with tenants, owners, and vendors; drive new contracts.
